Pemko X25M Series Extra Heavy Duty Full Mortise Continuous Gear Hinge for 2-1/2" Thick Door
The X25M Series Continuous Geared Hinge is, designed specifically for 2-1/2" thick doors, and features thicker leaves than a traditional continuous hinge. This versatile hinge is ideal for new door installations with electrical modifications as it allows for a deeper cavity for electrical wires.

- Designed for door applications with electrical modifications
- For use with 2-1/2" thick doors
- Applied to conceal both leaves for safety and security
- Custom lengths available
- Certain door and frame conditions may require an extra 1/32"-1/16" clearance
- Excessive clearance on fire rated assemblies may violate the requirements for NFPA 80
